An important note of logistical transparency: we are currently in the middle of an important update to our US fulfillment operations.
On July 16, stock began transferring to our new warehouse setup! Based on the timeline provided by our logistics partner, we expect the move to be completed between July 24 and July 28.
As inventory is transferred and booked into the new facility, some orders may experience temporary delays. During portions of the move, orders may remain on backorder status until inventory has been fully received and processed by the new warehouse team.
A lot goes into a big operation like this. It includes transferring inventory, updating fulfillment systems, reconnecting sales channels, ensuring all our Wonders are properly accounted for before shipping resumes, and more! While we realize that these steps take time, they are necessary to ensure orders continue to be fulfilled accurately and efficiently in the long term.
We appreciate everyone's patience while this work is completed! Our goal is to minimize disruption and return to normal fulfillment as quickly as possible.
We'll continue providing updates as the move progresses and will let folks know once the transition has been completed.
